Effect and Cause

The deeper in the "subconscious" the more influential the interaction between internal and external becomes. More reflective, and more impressionable - the closer you see yourself, the more influential the observation. Such as when you become aware of your breathing - there is a bell curve modeling the impact of focusing on such autonomous behavior. Beyond the hump be extraordinary. So how does your response to such unveiling, this heightened awareness of the self, influence that experienced across "all"?
It seems it does not - not really, anyway. As it was, and has, already been known. The response shaped the input, the effect paves way for the cause, and vice versa. What you observed "then" is seeping revelation to that which you observe(d) "now". And reflecting on prior events, resurfacing memories due to such, is exactly the reflexive behavior that shaped them.
Beneath the surface, the unfolding structure builds itself. Or moreso, the existing structure seemingly expands in unison with the unfolding conscious experiencer.
