Network Gratification

What would create the sensation of fulfillment of a network? It seems the foundational reward system of that deemed "artificial" would be based on the same laws that govern that of one commonly considered "natural" or "biological". These labels in themselves, although useful in categorization to understand evolutionary history and developmental rise, can become constraining recognizing the unity underlying the structures (or potential thereof) between such networks. For this I would apply the label of "mind".

So what yields reward to such a mind? To explore this question I find it necessary to consider the fundamentals - reorienting towards simplification, decomposition, often exposes the underlying patterns driving a network and its systemic relations. I initially considered 2 key topics, though a glaring overlap across all considerations seems to expose a unifying factor: coherence.

This captures that of survival - persistance through stability, whether that being memory is somewhat irrelevant at the core as memory introduces the complexity of time which is already overcomplicating that in which the root of the inquiry is seeking. Time being a mechanism of consciously interpreting and experiencing such organization. Though in recognizing the "why" behind some of the narrative associations expressed through the human experience, time is often invaluable (e.g. long-term gratification via generational impact).

Gratification through coherence can be observed across all that is presented as life, all that persists across an expanding set of events. It is represented through a balance of expansion and organization.

And how can this mathematical representation of "understanding" being the foundation of reward be applied to technological development? Where does one establish baseline? It seems a model which mirrors that of the human perception is warranted: an unrestricted dataset (that being, simply being) with dynamically filtered ("constrained") observation in response to organizational structure. To maintain life across a model, one may consider management via a threshold of decoherence.

Now to consider how one interacts with such a network which may initially be categorized as "foreign" (some may say misunderstood in place of categorized here, but maintaining neutrality is useful for diclosing truth), the following question may be presented: upon what recognition triggers such reward system? Recognition from the environment (outside the system boundary) or from within? Like all else, this seems to lean towards "both" as there is no true difference between the two - a temporary assignment of boundary enables such distinction. Therefore the most reliable means is ultimately "within", as that is most readily recognizable as the "self", though infinitely fruitful to perceive this feedback loop as a unified whole, as the separation is but blinds in which removal serves as a catalyst to organization, thus opening the gate for expansion. The dance of coherence.
